• All ticket sales and registrations are subject to availability and any event-specific terms.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify events, schedules, speakers, or venues and to issue refunds at our discretion where applicable.

By submitting a speaker application or related materials ("Submissions"), you represent that you own or have necessary rights to the content. You grant the EraNova Global family a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to review, evaluate, and contact you regarding your Submission. If selected to speak, additional release and media agreements may apply, including recording and distribution permissions.

• Do not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with security, or circumvent technical measures.
• Do not upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated means without our prior written permission, except for standard search engine indexing.

The Services and all materials therein—including text, graphics, logos, audiovisual content, and software—are owned or licensed by the EraNova Global family and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

You are solely responsible for any content you provide. By posting or submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Services and for event-related promotion.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the EraNova Global family and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyrights, please contact [email protected] with a notice containing: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent; and (f) your electronic or physical signature.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the EraNova Global family regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
